Pagets Trade Day

Pagets’ new facilities, including a new trade counter have been opened for just 5 weeks.

As part of our on-going commitment to supporting independent merchants up and down the country, Stressline snapped up the chance to take part in a trade day at the newly opened trade sales counter at Pagets in Sheffield.

I attended the show myself along with the area sales manager for the north, Martin Thirkell where we met Pagets’ regular and new customers and discussed their current projects with them. The trade day was part of Pagets’ efforts to drive customers to view their new buildings on site which as well as the trade counter, include offices and a warehouse.

Trade was busy throughout the day as Pagets helped local builders, landscapers and contractors and a few builders were there specifically for lintels; at this point, Martin stepped in and talked to the customer. Martin said of the show:

Stressline Trade Days

Trade days are a great opportunity to put our name in front of builders and engage with product users.

“I am glad we are here as it is important not just to meet users of our products, but to show our faces, and support a good customer of ours.”

Trade days are a great way for us to engage with people from many facets of the building trade, and it is an educational opportunity for everyone involved, Dean, a local builder said:

“I had not heard of Stressline before if I am honest, but it is great to meet the suppliers of some of the products we use, I will definitely be keeping an eye out for you in future!”

Pagets’ new trade counter is a testament to their efforts over their nearly 60-year history, we are proud to be able to support them, and will continue to do so for a long time. You can visit Pagets online at www.pagets.co.uk.
