Timber Frame Steel Lintels
Naturally, timber frame steel lintels are designed for timber frame construction and intended to support the outer leaf of masonry only. HD (heavy duty) versions are available.
The timber frame steel lintel is easy to install and like our other main lintels has a galvanised finish. Timber frame (or TF) lintels are available in 50mm 70mm and 90mm variants. They can be manufactured to suit WOL (wide outer leaf) and SOL (short outer leaf) applications. Please see our steel lintel load tables for more information.

Applications
Stressline Timber Frame (TF) lintels are designed for timber frame construction only.
They are available in 3 cavity sizes – 50mm, 70mm, and 90mm, with all three having HD variants available. The outer leaf is designed for 100mm brick or blockwork with no inner leaf. Restraining clips are supplied as standard.
Advantages
TF lintels are easy to install and suitable for a number of applications. They can be manufactured to suit WOL (wide outer leaf) or SOL (short outer leaf) applications and are made of the same galvanised material to ensure a robust finish.
